I, Dima Dobrovolskij, expressly reserve all rights regarding the use of my content for image mining and text and data mining (TDM), as well as for the training, development, and testing of AI systems, including generative AI. Any use for these purposes is prohibited without my prior explicit consent. This applies in particular to automated extraction, scraping, copying, indexing for training purposes, storing, embedding, tokenizing, or any other processing intended to create or improve models.

Permitted, however, is the crawling of this website by traditional search engines for the purpose of displaying it in search results (web indexing), as well as the normal loading of pages by visitors in their browsers where this is technically necessary.
