Consequences of Patriarchy

The series “Consequences of Patriarchy” is an artistic exploration of the visible and invisible effects of patriarchal systems on people, society, and the environment. Its point of departure is the question of what we actually have in our present: a system that oppresses minorities, devalues the planet, and secures its own stability both legally and socially. The works address different facets of this reality and examine how power, violence, normativity, and exclusion become embedded in cultural, social, and mental structures.

The series sees itself as part of a necessary shift in perspective and as a contribution to a deeper engagement with masculinity, responsibility, and social transformation. From the position of a man, this is not a detached observation, but an attempt to make shared responsibility visible and to expose patriarchal patterns. The works shown are part of a larger, as yet unpublished body of work comprising around 150 unique pieces. For now, only a selection of these works is presented on the website.
